100th F/A 18 Stab Delivered

The first F/A18 Stabiliser Servocylinder reworked by RBE - Amberley was released on the 14th of October 2003 and the 100th was released on the 21st April 2005. This has required an average output of over five items every month, a significant achievement when you consider the complexity of the items, general poor condition on their reciept into work and the problems with keeping the test equipment and spare supply working. Other F/A 18 items reworked at Amberly are also rapidly approaching the 100 released items. There are two F-111 items that have also reached the 100 milestone since transition of the F-111 Weapon System Business Unit, Emergency Solenoid Valves and Pylon Dampers. The efforts of all Amberly personnel have been instrumental in these achievements.
