Joint Venture Formation – Vyoneesh Rosebank Technologies Private Limited

Rosebank Engineering Private Limited and Vyoneesh Technologies Private Limited are pleased to announce the formation of a new Joint Venture company Vyoneesh Rosebank Technologies Private Limited.
Incorporated on 13th November 2009 is an Indo-Australian joint venture to exhance Indian Defence Aerospace indigenous capabilities. The company will utilise Rosebank’s inherent capabilities and technology base that it has used successfully with Australian and Overseas military forces.
Mr Gordon Kennett, Managing Director of Rosebank Engineering, said, “I am delighted with the joint venture formation and its objectives. We, together with our partners, are committed to develop Vyoneesh Rosebank Technologies along the Rosebank capability and business model that has seen our company grow into a strategic arm of the Australian Defence Forces and become a leading SME in the Defence Aerospace sector in Australasia. Our manufacturing, maintenance, repair and overhaul technology capabilities will be transferred progressively to our joint venture and in the early years we will see additional work flowing into Australia to support our early development”.
Mr Kennett said, “We are also delighted that we have a calibre of partner in Vyoneesh with the new joint venture Managing Director being appointed as Mr Rajiv Bhatnagar. Mr Bhatnagar is a well known business man and together with his staff are energised to make this venture a success”.
Mr Bhatnagar stated, “It is my intention to ensure the success of the joint venture by engaging Indian Defence Aerospace both military and commercial to seek opportunities that will mutually benefit all parties and grow our indigenous capabilities and in particular help Indian defence forces to meet their objectives of establishing a stronger indigenous defence industrial base to better meet their needs. We also aim to grow our joint venture to eventually become a Tier 2 supplier”.
Mr Bhatnagar stated, “That I am already engaged beneficial talks with clients that will also see direct two-way trade and benefit both countries”.
Mr Ivan Martin has been appointed by Rosebank Engineering as a Director. “I am delighted to have been appointed by Rosebank as a Director of this exciting new venture in India. I have been associated with Rosebank Engineering for over 33 years and I am gratified by the bold new step that they, and our partner headed by the dynamic Rajiv Bhatnagar, will be taking on there. This is a great teaming and I am confident that we shall see the fruits of our endeavour grow into even greater opportunities”.
